The pool is within the Living Well Health Club in The Hilton Hotel and is located on the ground floor which accessed via the lifts on the parking level.
Parking is free within the hotel carpark and tickets must be validated at the health club reception. Please note that parking is on a first come first served basis so please have a back up car park and allow extra time for alternative parking
There are male and female changing facilities and lockers require a padlock, so please bring one with you. Otherwise they are available to purchase at reception.
Maximum class size is 8 - One to One classes available at this venue
Spectators are welcome, although shoes must be taken off or blue covers worn.
The temperature is 30°C, so we recommend babies under 6 months old wear a baby snug which is available from our website.
We share this pool with members from the health club.

Wednesday from 10am, Friday from 10.30am and Sunday from 12pm.
