  • Full training on how to run a baby Swimmers business
  • computerised Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • how to find new customers
  • teaching manual consisting of lesson plans and aims for each level
  • practical sessions in the water learning the techniques used in teaching the classes
  • the systems and procedures that we follow to achieve success
  • External training courses consisting of Swimming Teacher Association (STA) Baby and Pre School, Level 1 and Level 2 teaching awards and Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) Rescue Award for Teachers
Once trained, franchisees will receive ongoing coaching and mentoring in their business from Baby Swimmers trusted staff and advisors. You will have access to our comprehensive operations manuals, which guide you step by step through the setting up and operation of your business. An initial supply of promotional material, swimming equipment kit and uniform is included in the start up package.
